Metro 17th/SMC Housing Site Virtual Community Meeting

You’re invited to attend a virtual community meeting for an update on Metro’s future housing site at 17th St/SMC Station. Metro is currently planning new housing near the 17th Street and Santa Monica College (SMC) Station and is seeking input from the community on the architectural design, services and other project considerations.

About Metro’s 10,000 Home Commitment
Metro has a plan for improving quality of life by creating more opportunities to live and work near transit.
Metro is committed to growing its housing portfolio to 10,000 homes by 2031—5,000 of which will be low to moderate income restricted housing. Metro has identified 20 sites that will be made available for housing in the coming years.
