Eastbound SR-91/Atlantic Av to Cherry Av Auxiliary Lane Improvements

Metro’s plan for less congestion includes improvements to EB SR-91 between Atlantic Avenue and Cherry Avenue. As part of the I-605 Hot Spots Program, this project adds an eastbound auxiliary lane between the I-710 Freeway and Atlantic Av on-ramp and the Cherry Avenue off-ramp. This project will enhance safety, reduce traffic congestion and improve freeway operations on the EB SR-91 mainline, ramps and the I-710/SR-91 interchange.
