Overview
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), initiated the I-110 Adams Terminus Improvement Project in the City of Los Angeles, which aimed to improve mobility on the I-110/Adams Blvd. off-ramps, Adams Blvd., and nearby intersections.
Status
During the scoping period in November 2021, Caltrans and Metro hosted public meetings (recording and presentation) to inform and solicit feedback from the public on the I-110 Adams Terminus Improvement Project on three alternatives: No-Build, Flyover, and Arterial.
The No-Build Alternative was selected based on environmental considerations, cost, feasibility, and community input, and is identified in this document. The California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA) process and documentation are complete, and this project has no further steps.
Project materials are available on the project website and here.
