Mobility Wallet Pilot Program
The Mobility Wallet pilot program encourages transportation equity by promoting access to opportunities, reducing gas emissions and improving economic and health outcomes for people in Los Angeles County.
This program is under the City of Los Angeles’s Universal Basic Mobility initiatives.
Phase II applicants should have received notice of their selection status via email. Those who are randomly selected to participate will be provided with further details on how to receive their Mobility Wallet card.

In Phase II of the pilot, 2,000 eligible participants across LA County will receive up to $1,800 for 12 months to spend on a variety of shared transportation services, including: Metro Bus and Rail, city buses, Metro Micro, Bikeshare, Metrolink, E-scooters and bikes, taxi services, regional transportation services (Greyhound, Amtrak, and FlixBus), ride-hailing services (Uber/Lyft) and merchandise purchases at local bike shops.
