On the Move Riders Program connects you to new friends who can teach you about how to get around on public transportation with Metro.
Overview
On the Move Riders Program (OTMRP) works to empower older adults with the information and confidence to travel on fixed-route transportation, by providing one-on-one and/or group travel training, informational transit tours, and travel training workshops. Through our regional Older Adult Transportation Pop-Up events and annual Transportation Expo, we strive to spread the word on our program and the value in learning how to travel on public transportation. Through these efforts, OTMRP strives to remove barriers and enhance mobility among the older adult population.

Special fares for Seniors
Qualifying customers never pay more than $2.50 a day or $5 within seven days. After that, all of your rides are free.
If you’re an occasional bus rider, you may prefer to pay cash for each ride, and to take advantage of our 35-cent off-peak fare.
Please note that disabled and Medicare customers are eligible for all senior cash and pass fares.
