Metro Center Project

Metro’s plan for better transit includes projects to support operations for Metro Rail. The Metro Center Project is a facility in the Arts District that will provide a central location for our security operations, dispatch and emergency coordination. This building is Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) certified for maximum efficiency and is designed to reflect the character of the Arts District.

The Metro Board approved construction for this project in Fall 2020.
