Southbound I-605 South Street Off-Ramp Improvements Project

Metro’s plan for safety and less congestion includes improvements to the SB I-605 at the South Street Off-Ramp. As part of the I-605 Hot Spots Program, this project adds a right turn lane, and a standard deceleration distance for motorists exiting the freeway. By reconfiguring the South Street southbound off-ramp, the project will help enhance safety, ease congestion, and improve mobility and regional traffic flow.
